These terms explain the nature of Spirit Cleanse, how purchases work, and the responsibilities that come with using the app.

The service
Spirit Cleanse is published by HEXIMS IT LLP, India ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Additional terms of the store from which you download or purchase the app may also apply.
Entertainment and reflection—not detection or treatment
Rituals, symbols, camera overlays, prompts, check-ins, and results are artistic tools for entertainment and personal reflection. The app does not detect spirits, entities, curses, danger, illness, or measurable energy; it does not cleanse a physical place or promise a supernatural outcome. Oracle-style prompts are reflective prompts, not predictions.
Spirit Cleanse is not medical, mental-health, legal, emergency, or personal-safety advice. If you are concerned about health, immediate danger, or distress, seek qualified local help. Do not use the app to assess whether a person or place is safe.
Membership
The free app includes the features shown without a purchase. A membership unlocks the additional features described on the purchase screen for the selected plan. Membership is an automatically renewing subscription. Available plans, benefits, introductory offers, eligibility, billing period, and locally applicable prices are shown in the app and confirmed by your app store before purchase. Do not rely on an advertised trial unless your store confirms it is available to your account.
Permanent packs
A permanent pack is a one-time, non-consumable digital purchase tied to the store account used to buy it. It unlocks the content described before purchase, not a stronger cleansing effect or different supernatural outcome. Eligible purchases can be recovered through Restore Purchases while the app and platform support the content. A pack is not transferable between different store ecosystems unless the app explicitly offers that ability.
Billing, trials, cancellation, and refunds
Google Play or the Apple App Store, as applicable, handles checkout and billing. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through the purchasing store before the next renewal in accordance with that store's timing rules. On Apple, cancellation should be completed at least 24 hours before renewal. A trial, if offered and confirmed by the store, converts to the paid plan shown at checkout unless cancelled before the trial ends. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Manage or cancel a subscription in the same Google Play or Apple account used to purchase it. Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover an eligible entitlement. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store's processes and local law. Your store's checkout screen controls the final price, taxes, timing, offer eligibility, and payment confirmation. If purchase status is pending or uncertain, do not buy again; complete any store approval and use Restore Purchases or contact support.
Your content and sharing
Your journal entries, selected photos, and words you choose to enter are yours. The journal keeps neutral ritual details; Thought Release writing and optional remembrance dedications are cleared and are not saved there. You decide whether to export or share a card; review its preview first because a selected photo may appear on it. You are responsible for content you choose to share and for respecting the rights and privacy of others. See the Privacy Policy for details about app data and service providers.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, infringe another person's rights, or use its symbolic content to frighten, diagnose, manipulate, or exploit anyone. Do not present an artistic overlay or result as evidence of a real-world danger or medical condition.
Availability and changes
We may update the app to improve safety, accessibility, compatibility, or functionality, and may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Availability may vary by device, country, operating system, and store. If we materially change these terms, we will update the effective date and provide notice in the app or store listing as appropriate.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country. Where these terms conflict with mandatory consumer law, that law applies. Any limitations of liability, governing-law terms, or dispute process for an international launch should be added only after jurisdiction-specific legal review.
